Kindergarten Assessments:

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will have more information regarding the format of student assessments. They are currently scheduled for January 18-21, 2022.

The assessment is designed to determine a student's readiness for Kindergarten. The screening will include simple gross motor skill activities, letter and number recognition, and patterns. They will also have an opportunity for free play with the other students in their group.

We want to emphasize that the admissions committee is looking for developmental readiness rather than a mastery of any particular skill. There is no need to "coach" or "tutor" a student prior to the screening. We want them to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Admission Notification:

Kindergarten applicants will receive an email notification February 4, 2022.

Registration Deposit:

Kindergarten registration deposit is due February 11, 2022.

If you would like to accept our invitation to join the Saint Vincent de Paul family, we will require you to make a non-refundable deposit of $2,500.00.

Transfer Students:

Application process is on-going depending on availability.

If you have an older child thinking about transferring schools, we would encourage you to sign up for our Virtual Information Session. If you are interested in having your child attend Saint Vincent de Paul School we would then ask your child to take an exam so that we could be sure we are placing him or her at the appropriate grade level. We would then ask your child to spend either one half or a full day at our school so that he/she may "get a feel" for the Saint Vincent de Paul School experience.
